Procurement and Supply Chain
Entries for IOAA will be invited from practitioners who can demonstrate best practice and outstanding achievements in the delivery of procurement and/or the development of supply chain management.
Whether your role is strategic, tactical or operational, judges will be looking for evidence of achievement in sustainable and ethical procurement practices that are consistently applied in times of hardship and times of plenty. Evidence of achievement can be projects or initiatives that are still ongoing, as well as those that have been recently completed, but you will need to demonstrate continuous improvement and long-term effects on the team, organisation or practice.
Evidence you will need to be able to prove should include:
- Procurement strategy or supply chain development
- Collaborative working or partnership engagement
- Ethical practices
- Services delivery
- Competency and skills
- Stakeholder satisfaction
- Value for money or added value
This list is not exhaustive and evidence can be drawn from any element of strategic, tactical or operational procurement and supply chain practices that demonstrate best practice and outstanding achievement.
