Entries will be invited from practitioners who can demonstrate best practice and outstanding achievement in the delivery of people management or employee development.
You could be working in any area, such as designing training courses, developing performance management or identifying future leaders. Whether your role is strategic, tactical, or operational, you will be an exceptional manager with a strong understanding of how to nurture talent and bring the best out in people. Judges will be looking for an inspired and innovative approach to people development, going beyond industry norms. Evidence of achievement can be projects or initiatives that are still ongoing, as well as those that have been recently completed, but you will need to demonstrate continuous improvement and long-term effects on the team, organisation or practice.
Evidence you will need to demonstrate in your entry should include:
